Greenfield Canal Volunteers Meet Up - Tuesday 21st October 2025

We will be meeting at 10am on Tuesday 21st October at the Royal George Mills entrance to the towpath, off Church Road, Friezland. If you're arriving by car there is street parking on Church Road or Armit Road, Friezland.

We will be removing ferns and vegetation from the washwall around lock 18 and there are other jobs such as litter picking, cutting back overgrown vegetation and clearing/brushing down steps that always need to be done too.

All equipment will be provided but please wear clothing/footwear suitable for the weather conditions on the day.
