Greenfield Canal Volunteers Project Day - Thursday 4th July
This Thursday 4th July we will be meeting at 10am at the Royal George Mills, Friezland entrance to the canal towpath. Access by car is via Church Road, Friezland
We will be giving the lock gates their annual lick of new paint and also cutting back some self seeded trees that are over shadowing one of the herb/vegetable planters. There are also other jobs such as litter picking, cutting back nettles/brambles and brushing down steps to be done. All equipment will be provided but please wear clothing/footwear suitable for the weather conditions on the day.
